Project Description

This 367,000-Square-foot, 8-story university residence hall was designed from the inside out to help connect the students to their surroundings as well as to each other. The building includes 811 beds, 8 multi-level living and social areas, study halls, two beautiful enclosed courtyards, and a dining facility.

Scope of Services

CDC provided shop drawings, calculations, and fabrication drawings for the windows, curtain wall, limestone support system, and metal stud framing.
