Project Description

The Price Center is composed of new programmatic elements and a renovation of the existing spaces. New elements included 175,000 square feet of spaces, such as, retail stores, a 24-hour lounge, various food venues, offices, and ballroom/performance spaces.

Scope of Services

CDC provided engineering services for the unitized system, stick system, strip windows, sunshades, double glaze wall, all-glass wall, four-sided butt glaze system, and a steel-supported wall. CDC designed the all-glass wall system and the steel-supported wall system.
