Project Description
Sowwah Square is a mixed-use development forming the business district of what was formerly known as Sowwah Island. It is comprised of four commercial towers, luxury hotels, and approximately 355,000 square feet of retail and dining spaces.

CDC worked as a consultant with the Developer during Construction Administration, while providing site observations, testing and document review.
