Scope of Services
CDC began this project during Design Development and continued with Construction Documents and Construction Administration consulting services to the Project Architect. CDC provided comprehensive building envelope consulting services for waterproofing, roofing, and exterior wall systems.
The building envelope consists of TPO roofing, bituminous waterproofing, metal panels, curtainwall and a cylindrical-shaped, suspended structural glass wall. CDC made site observations and witnessed testing during envelope construction.
