Project Description
The PetroChina Headquarters is a state-of-the-art building that utilizes various technologies to improve its energy efficiency. These technologies include an automated lighting control system coordinated with the natural sunlight and automated mirror-coated exterior blinds that track the sun and its light rays. The building is clad with a double-wall system including granite, glass, and metal panels. The front lobbies use structural glazing system including motorized skylights.
Scope of Services
CDC provided consulting services including review of the Architect’s Schematic Design drawings, specification writing, and providing technical data on double-wall skin.
