Project Description
The newly renovated three-story Rotunda consists of green roofs, high-performance curtain wall and windows. The Gothic architectural tradition was redesigned with rustic stone walls and limestone detailing.
Scope of Services
CDC provided a full range of services including the development of performance criteria, bid documents, technical specifications and typical Architectural details for the building's exterior curtain wall. The new curtain wall includes a high thermal performing system.
