Project Description

This 70,500 square-foot building functions as a space for internet-based research, group study, and relaxation. It is composed of two limestone masses, or "bookends," with a transparent, four-story glass box in between. The project has earned a LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Scope of Services

CDC provided services related to the design and development of the double-wall and curtain wall systems, specification writing, mock up testing, construction administration, and project close out.
