Project Description

This 1,900,000 square-foot development is located on one of the most prestigious golf courses in the city. The design of the towers is meant to create an interplay of curvilinear sculpted forms when viewed against the sky.

Scope of Services

CDC performed solar reflectivity services to determine possible adverse glare and heat conditions on the adjacent streets and neighboring buildings. CDC quantified temperature increase on the golf course as a result of solar light reflections caused by the new development.
