Project Description
Parcel 4.03 consists of a 44,000 square-foot, mixed-use development. The overall facade design was derived from the Arabian Peninsula's sand, sea and rock formations.
Scope of Services
CDC worked as a consultant to the Architect, providing details and specifications related to the design and development of the exterior wall systems, which consisted of panelized stone and curtain wall.
