Project Description
this 531,000-square-foot building replaced an outdated facility which was constructed in 1959. It contains 31 court rooms, multiple offices, retail spaces, and an interior courtyard.
Scope of Services
CDC performed full building envelope consulting services from Schematic Design to Construction Administration phases including exterior wall cladding systems, roofing and waterproofing, and below-grade waterproofing. CDC also provided engineering services for the atrium glass curtain wall.
