Project Description
The Crystals is part of a larger development known as the CityCenter. It is a 500,000-square-foot entertainment district, containing retailers, clubs, restaurants, galleries, and office space. The Crystals received a LEED Gold Core & Shell certification, making it the largest retail district to receive one.
Scope of Services
CDC was the Building Envelope Consultant for the entire project. CDC performed a full spectrum of consulting services to the General Contractor.
