This seven-story, 425,000-square-foot family-oriented patient care tower is a state-of-the-art facility featuring pediatric surgical suites, cutting edge imaging and radiology services, inviting outdoor gardens, and a contemporary cafe.
Scope of Services
CDC assisted the Client and Architect with the design of the various glazing systems. This project was design/build, and CDC provided two shop drawing/structural calculation submittal packages to the Architect for review and coordination prior to the final OSHPD submittal. The unitized curtain wall was subjected to high wind pressure and large seismic movements.
