Project Description

Bank of America Plaza is a luxury office building in Chicago’s Financial District. The facade is comprised of aluminum unitized curtain wall, a stainless steel crown structure at the top and “point” column on the southeast corner.

Scope of Services

CDC provided a full range of consulting services, including construction document and construction administration services for DeStefano Partners. CDC reviewed shop drawings and submittals, witnessed the erection and testing of a laboratory mock-up, and performed site observation services. After construction was completed, CDC performed site observations for Hines/ABN Amro Plaza to develop a critical examination report required by the City of Chicago.
