Project Description
The Aqua Tower is a mixed-use complex, including apartment, condominium, hotel, and townhouse components. The undulating floor slabs create the building's unique design feature in which no two floors are the same.
Scope of Services
Working closely with Lowenberg & Associates, CDC provided a full scope of services, including consulting on the design, reviewing contractor proposals, shop drawing review, site observations, and witnessing mock-up and field testing.
